This Privacy Policy describes how MYORA ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

1. Information You Provide

  • Images: We collect the photos you upload for transformation purposes. MYORA does not collect, store, or analyze face data in any form. While uploaded images may contain faces, they are processed solely to generate stylized anime artwork using AI models and are not used for facial recognition, biometric analysis, or tracking. The app does not extract, isolate, or retain any facial features, nor does it perform any separate processing of facial data. Uploaded images are temporarily handled by our third-party AI provider (OpenAI) exclusively for the purpose of generating the requested artwork and are not stored or used for training, profiling, or any other secondary purpose. No face data is shared with third parties, and no biometric identifiers are ever retained.
  • User Identifiers: We generate and store a unique identifier for your device to track your credit balance and transformation history. These identifiers are not linked to your identity.
  • Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases, we receive information about your transactions from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: We collect information about your device including model, operating system, and unique device identifiers for push notifications and app functionality.
  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including:
    • App opens and activation
    • Screens you view (such as onboarding, paywall, and transformation screens)
    • Features you interact with (including style selections)
    • Tutorial and onboarding completion
    • Credit usage and transformations completed
    • Permissions you grant (camera, gallery, push notifications)
  • Purchase Data: We collect data about your in-app purchases, including when you initiate a checkout and complete a purchase.
  • Advertising Data: Our app integrates with third-party advertising networks that may collect your device identifier to deliver relevant advertisements across different apps and websites.
  • Crash and Performance Data: We collect diagnostic information to improve app stability and performance.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the App's functionality, including image transformation services.
  • To process your in-app purchases and manage your credit balance.
  • To send you push notifications about your completed transformations.
  • To improve and optimize the App's performance and user experience.
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and activities.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in our App:

  • 🔗 OpenAI: Provides the AI models that transform your images. Your prompts and images are processed according to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
  • 🔗 RevenueCat: Manages in-app purchases and user entitlements. Your purchase data is processed according to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
  • 🔗 Firebase Cloud Messaging: Provides push notification services. Your device token is processed according to Firebase's Privacy Policy.
  • 🔗 Google Cloud Storage: Stores your uploaded and transformed images. Your images are processed according to Google Cloud's Privacy Policy.
  • 🔗 Facebook SDK: Helps us analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and improve user experience. The Facebook SDK collects device identifiers (like IDFA on iOS) and tracks events such as app opens, purchases, content views, and app feature usage. This data may be used for cross-app tracking to deliver personalized advertisements on other platforms and to optimize our marketing campaigns. This data processing follows Facebook's Data Policy.
  • 🔗 Sentry: Monitors app performance and crashes to improve stability. This service collects diagnostic information according to Sentry's Privacy Policy.

App Tracking Transparency

Our app uses the device identifier (IDFA on iOS) for tracking purposes across apps and websites owned by other companies. This tracking is primarily used for:

  • Analyzing the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
  • Tracking app installations and user activation
  • Optimizing app functionality based on user behavior
  • Measuring the performance of different app features
  • Delivering relevant advertisements on third-party platforms

When you first launch our app on iOS 14.5 or later, you will be prompted to allow or deny tracking. You can also adjust these tracking preferences at any time in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Tracking). We do not condition access to features on accepting tracking, and you may revoke consent at any time via system settings.

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. No biometric or face data is stored. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
